We are seeking a high-impact Demand Generation, Channel & Field Marketing Manager to join our Central Europe team at a leading software vendor in backup and cyber resilience. This role has a strong channel-first mandate, with primary responsibility for driving growth in the commercial & enterprise segment through strategic partner marketing initiatives across DACH. Reporting directly to the Director Field Marketing Central Europe, you will play a critical role in accelerating pipeline creation, strengthening partner engagement, and delivering measurable revenue impact through the channel ecosystem. You will own the execution of integrated demand programs, partner co- marketing initiatives, and regional field activities designed to drive scalable commercial growth. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role requiring close alignment with sales, presales, marketing operations, and channel partners — including regular on-site engagement with key partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE: Channel-Led Commercial Growth & Partner Marketing Drive pipeline growth primarily through strategic channel partnerships Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives aligned to commercial segment priorities Build and strengthen relationships with DACH partners to maximize co- marketing impact and revenue contribution Execute co-branded campaigns, partner enablement programs, and localized initiatives Support partner alignment and execution through regular on-site engagement Integrated Demand Generation & Lead Lifecycle Management Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events, partner co-marketing) targeting commercial accounts Manage the full lead lifecycle — segmentation, nurture, qualification, sales handoff, and pipeline tracking Leverage marketing automation and intent tools (e.g., 6sense) to improve targeting precision and conversion rates Ensure strong alignment between marketing programs and commercial sales objectives Field & Regional Marketing Execution Plan and deliver regional field programs including partner events, executive roundtables, trade shows, and localized commercial campaigns Drive partner-supported events designed to generate high-quality commercial opportunities Support webinars and regional awareness programs aligned to commercial growth strategy Coordinate event promotion, execution, and structured follow-up to maximize ROI Performance Management & Stakeholder Alignment Track, analyze, and report on campaign and partner marketing performance with a clear focus on pipeline contribution and ROI Provide data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness and budget allocation Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, channel teams, marketing operations, and presales Communicate strategy, execution plans, and results clearly to regional leadership WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Proven experience in channel marketing, demand generation, and field marketing within B2B software, ideally cybersecurity or IT infrastructure Strong track record of driving growth through partners Deep understanding of the DACH market and channel landscape Experience planning and executing partner-led regional events and GTM programs Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities Proficiency in Salesforce and full-funnel lead management Experience managing acquisition through conversion within a commercial sales motion Willingness to be regularly on-site with partners across DACH Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE: Background in data protection, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity marketing Experience developing localized partner toolkits, campaign assets, and LI-RP1 Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates: For information on personal data processing, please see our.
