You’ll make an impact by You assist in the development and maintenance of our digital crisis management tools, ensuring they are updated and effectively support our global stakeholder community Additionally, you co-design and help integrate new AI use cases to enhance our crisis preparedness and response capabilities You provide both technical and content-specific support to our internal stakeholders, helping them navigate through complex topic & tool landscape Furthermore, you are involved in the conception and implementation of awareness and training measures such as topic presentations, workshops or incident & crisis management trainings Finally, you assist in application testing, identify change requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes This is how you'll win us over Education : You are currently enrolled in a study program related to security, IT, political science, business administration or economics Experience and Skills : You have an interest in crisis management, security as well as digitalization; initial experience in these domains is advantageous You are experienced with the Microsoft Power Platform (especially PowerApps and Power Automate), Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Ways of Working : You are open, confident, and solution-focused in stakeholder communication and interaction, with a proactive and security mindset Languages : You are fluent in both German and English; additional languages will be considered as an advantage You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
