Our client is a global leader in cyber readiness and incident response, known for elite military-grade expertise, cutting-edge technology, and strategic advisory services. They support cybersecurity teams worldwide in building resilience and defeating advanced threats. They are seeking a Director of Cyber Security Services to lead client relationships across Europe. This senior-level role combines strategic consulting, business development, and engagement delivery. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders, capable of independently managing complex client relationships and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop long-term professional relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to leading organizations.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and lead scoping and proposal efforts.
* Engage with both technical teams and executive leadership to anticipate client needs and deliver value.
* Collaborate with internal engagement teams to review deliverables and lead presentations to a range of audiences including CISOs, CIOs/CTOs, and senior executives.
* Contribute to internal capability building, methodology development, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development and client growth across Europe.
* 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in cybersecurity leadership and/or strategic consulting.
* Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Highly proactive, independent, and capable of navigating complexity and uncertainty.
* Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with attention to technical detail.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
* Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, C-CISO, GSTRT) are a plus.
* Fluent in English; fluency in German is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel within Europe (~25%).
