Responsibilities: Responsible for sales and results- oriented management, controlling and optimization of tool production Organisation and implementation of strategic and operational measures to achieve targets in line with plant and corporate objectives Coordination of collaboration with external suppliers, internal departments, and customers, with a focus on deadlines, costs, and quality Ongoing improvement and optimization of all processes in tool production Ensuring high-quality production of new tools, including the management of all related administrative processes Preparation of monthly financial statements in cooperation with Controlling, as well as planning and monitoring of budgets and investments Close coordination and consultation with development and design teams Qualifications: Bachelor or Master engineering and/or technical education in tool making with subsequent additional education Strong knowledge in project- and process management Business thinking and corporate activity, stratetic and communicative responsibility, persuasion and implementation Several years of professional experience and leadership in tool production, ideally automotive industry Fundamental experience in management, motivation and qualification of innovative employees Good knowledge of the German and Englisch languages The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
