WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a subsidiary of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry; and a leading provider of workshop equipment with a clear focus on innovative solutions in the field of automotive air conditioning technology.
The internal sales department is responsible for order processing and customer service for a variety of customers in Germany, Austria, and the Benelux countries. They work closely with the internal sales department in Nordic countries. The core of their work is order entry and processing, as well as active customer support via telephone.
Your main responsibilities
·Customer Service:
Telephone and written communication with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. The internal sales team is responsible for monitoring deadlines and tracking deliveries to customers.
·Sales Support:
Preparing offers according to specified prices and conditions, orders, and order confirmations, as well as actively tracking offers and orders.
·Data Maintenance:
Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system as well as documenting sales activities.
·Sales Analysis:
Support in the creation of sales reports and market analyses to help the sales team identify growth opportunities.
·Coordination:
Close collaboration with other departments, especially Sales, Marketing and logistics to ensure a smooth sales and returns process.
·Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing of inquiries, orders and complaints.
Acquisition:
Support in identifying and addressing new business opportunities through targeted telephone acquisition and email marketing.
Trade Fairs:
In some cases the Inside Sales Agent supports the Field Sales/Key Account Managers in the preparation and implementation of trade fairs, even occasionally participating.
