Tasks: varied and responsible
Development and implementation of ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation
Creation and maintenance of analysis models (OLAP cubes, Power BI) for complex queries
Design and development of reporting solutions (e.g., SSRS, Power BI, Infor)
Modeling and maintenance of data structures for efficient data storage and processing
Ensuring data quality, consistency, and implementation of data cleansing processes
Ensuring data security, data protection, and compliance requirements
Implementation of CI/CD processes and close collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and specialist departments
Strengths: professional and personal
Degree with a focus on IT or comparable qualification in computer science/business informatics
Several years of experience with Microsoft BI tools (focus on SSIS) and interest in new technologies
Very good written and spoken German (at least B2, ideally C1)
In-depth knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL (MS SQL Server)
Programming skills in C#/Python
Analytical thinking, ability to work independently and in a team in interdisciplinary environments
Initial experience with Azure services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory) desirable
