About this Position
What you´ll do
* Own and continuously develop the global process engineering framework for SSMP technologies across the production network
* Provide technical sign-off for global network projects to ensure optimal process design and compliance with standards
* Drive the implementation of advanced and automated production processes aligned with safety, sustainability, quality, and cost targets
* Collaborate closely with Technology Development, Regional Operations, and Global Capital Project Management on process solutions
* Support new product introductions by ensuring process and technology readiness
* Develop and deploy standardized process engineering best practices across all regions
* Identify and implement continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives
* Build and manage global process engineering capabilities, including knowledge sharing and training initiatives
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
* 10+ years of relevant work experience in process engineering, technology development, or a comparable field
* Proven experience leading global projects and working in cross-functional, international teams
* Deep expertise in process engineering and SSMP technologies
* Strong analytical, strategic, and hands-on problem-solving skills
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
* Fluent English skills
