Regional Head of Infrastructure & Energy, DACHLi & BeneluxGeneral informationEuropeAs a Regional Head of Infra & Energy you will lead the development of the regional segment strategy, defining the regional roadmap and driving business development across the DACHLI and Benelux regions.You willhold comprehensive commercial responsibility, including sales, sales growth, margin and profitability within a region, providing input in and implementing the global infra and energy strategy within the region. Collaborating closely with the Regional Commercial Director, you willcontribute to the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring sales targets are met, resources optimally allocated and priorities are set.In this leadership role, you will guide and develop a small regional sales team, providing strategic direction and ensuring sustainable growth and customer retention.This is a regional role thus you should be located within DACHLi or Benelux region and ready to travel frequently within given territory.Daily tasks and responsibilities:Implementing and executing strategy, business planning, and business development within the regional Infrastructure & Energy sectorDeveloping regional business roadmap, including product and marketing strategyManagement of sales and budget, overseeing sales P&L within the regionNew business development,building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty within the regionLeading the regional team, fostering development, coaching, and maintaining team spiritAs a member of the regional Commercial Leadership Team, providing alignment with other regional sales teamsCollaborating closely with regional Marketing team, providing input and supporting regional marketing activities implementationResponsible for accuracy in sales forecasting for the S&OP processManaging and controlling regional customer-ordered inventory and stock, while supporting waste management, inventory management, and troubleshootingAs a member of the global Infra & Energy team, providing alignment with other regional teams and global initiativesKey skills and qualifications:Several years of commercial experience, preferably within the protective coatings and paints, building materials or chemical products industriesSolid industry-related expertise and knowledge of infrastructure and/or energy related norms and industry standards with the ability to translate them into value selling approach towards the marketInterest and capability tolead, provide guidance, coach and develop sales team membersProficient in sales and budget management, with a robust understanding of commercial strategy planningBusiness development drive with a hands-on attitude and direct involvement in sales activitiesExperience in cross-border projects with ability to manage project stakeholders across countries and regionsExcellent communication and presentations skills combined with international mindset and a keen understanding of cultural differencesDevelopment oriented and innovative attitude, open for new solutionsExcellent analytical skillsGood knowledge of CRM systems and MS OfficeProficient in both English and German languagesWhat we offer:A family working cultureWe are a company known for an open and unique family working culture, where management is easy to approach, employees’ ideas are listened to, and everyone’s contribution is valued.
