Responsibilities:
1. In one-on-one meetings, you will inform Freudenberg Group employees about the options available for company pensions
2. You will be responsible for the administration of company pensions, from providing information to issuing policies
3. You will work closely with HR contacts within the Freudenberg Group on matters relating to company pensions
4. Together with five other colleagues, you will be responsible for calculating company pensions for our former employees
5. You will be the point of contact for our former employees and HR contacts for all questions relating to company pensions
Qualifications:
6. You have commercial training, ideally with additional HR qualifications or similar
7. Several years of professional experience in payroll or pension accounting would be an advantage
8. You have a very good knowledge of German tax and social security law and enjoy working with numbers
9. We require you to have a good working knowledge of MS Office, and basic knowledge of SAP-HR and LOGA would round off your profile
10. You enjoy communicating and customer focus is your top priority
11. You are fluent in spoken and written German
