6. Master’s degree in Public Health, Global Health, Environmental Health, Health Policy, or a related field, with demonstrated research experience; or a bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience.
7. Strong research skills, especially in qualitative research, database searching and potentially evidence mapping with experience using qualitative coding software such as NVivo.
8. Experience in managing and conducting qualitative research, including preparation, scheduling, interviewing, transcript review and analysis.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse internal and external experts; German skills are an asset, but not necessary.
10. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, maintaining strong attention to detail in research materials and documentation.
11. Flexibility and teamwork, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced research environment.
12. Willingness to undertake occasional travel to Heidelberg and additional international locations
