* work hands-on in the shopfloor, coordinating production activities with your team to ensure aircraft components and systems are built to the highest standards
* develop, define, and optimize manufacturing processes and methods, balancing technical precision with economic efficiency
* create and maintain production plans, standardized work instructions, and configuration control documentation within our systems
* collaborate across departments — from finance and management to suppliers, customers, and support functions — ensuring accuracy, alignment, and smooth delivery in complex aerospace projects
* lead problem-solving initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and drive improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability in aerospace manufacturing
Qualifications
YOU...
* hold a university degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
* bring knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance processes, or technical support — experience with aerospace standards and regulations (EASA/FAA, Part 21/145) is a plus
* are proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, and Alinav; familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX), ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/SQL basics) is highly valued
* Ideally, possess skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and continuous improvement methodologies
* demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills for working across international teams and suppliers
* have excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are an advantage in the global aerospace environment
