We are working with a global client in search of an experienced Deskside Support Engineer based in Munich, Germany, to provide professional, hands-on IT support at a local site.
This is a part-time, onsite role (approx. 20 hours per week), ideally suited for a reliable and flexible engineer with solid troubleshooting skills and strong communication in both English and German.
#128295; Key Responsibilities:
Provide desk-side support to users across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Set up and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Manage ticketing systems and document resolution steps
Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed
Collaborate with remote support teams and follow corporate IT processes
Ensure high levels of customer service and timely incident resolution
Support new user onboarding and equipment rollouts
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in a desk-side/desktop support role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in both English and German
A valid work permit that allows full-time work in Germany
Comfortable working onsite in Munich, approximately 20 hours per week
