Job Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic international support team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, and account support while ensuring a seamless service experience.
This is a remote position based in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting global customers. The role involves handling inquiries through multiple communication channels and delivering solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and messaging channels.
* Assist customers with booking requests including new reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
* Resolve payment-related inquiries, refunds, and billing concerns.
* Address customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.
* Support account-related questions and assist with platform navigation.
* Handle review-related inquiries and provide guidance on feedback processes.
* Maintain clear and accurate written communication with customers and internal teams.
* Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously while ensuring high service quality.
* Follow operational guidelines and maintain performance standards.
Requirements
* Native or C1 level German language proficiency.
* B2+ English proficiency for internal communication and training.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good computer literacy, including Windows basics and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
