As a Content Moderator, you will help ensure that content published on the platform follows community guidelines and safety standards.
What You Will Do
* Reviewing and moderating user-generated content (text, images, and videos)
* Identifying and removing content that violates platform guidelines
* Handling reports of inappropriate or harmful content
* Ensuring a safe online environment by preventing fraud, harassment, and hate speech
* Maintaining high quality and accuracy standards in moderation decisions
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve moderation processes
What We Are Looking For
* Fluent in Dutch, Czech or German (C1 or higher)
* Good English skills (B2 minimum)
* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
* Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
* Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive content
* Experience with social media or content moderation is a plus
