Description In a nutshell Lead the RFP Team towards the set goals and revenue targets and contribute to the overall strategic company goals Tasks & Responsibilities Grow revenue in the GDS channel Grow revenue from key corporate partners Drive targets and goals that are set together with the global sales team throughout the RFP Season Ensure the right hotels are working with the right corporate partners Act as the main contact for all RFP related matters, including the management and relationship with Cvent) Independently manage, coordinate and supervise the global Corporate RFP process & workflow Add corporate RFP offers in Cvent Transient Support the member hotels in problem-solving between corporate accounts and Cvent Transient Set-up programs in Cvent Transient, including Design Hotels programs Routinely perform quality assurance of staff regarding RFP tools Hold and manage the relationship with Cvent Establish and maintain strong relationship with Design Hotels’™ global staff, offices, and affiliates Position member hotels within the different corporate programs Coordinate the sales team in controlling and reviewing the corporate production reports to identify potential of revenue incrase, weakness and changes Support and work together with the global sales team on key and target account management within Cvent and throughout internal Business Travel calls Work together with the team & global sales team on Key Account Allocation and RFP goals Work in data projects with the BI Team to ensure correct data reporting Work closely with the Design Hotels Distribution Team to ensure correct rate loading Support in managing Salesforce, aligning the platform with the needs of the RFP, Travel Trade Marketing, Reservations and Global Sales team Support the launch of new member hotels Deliver year-end RFP analysis to support hotels & Global Sales team Support with delivery of Membership Services Supervise and train the RFP Programs Coordinator Experience & Mindset Team player with excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong analytical and administrative skills High attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, distribution and hotel teams Proven track record of managing multiple deadlines stimultaneously Process-driven mindset with the ability to streamline workflows Excellent time management and prioritization skills Experience supervising and developing junior team members is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Perks & Benefits • A great experience in the niche market of luxury boutique hotels • Hybrid mobile working options • Working in a motivated and international team from over 39 countries at the global Headquarters of Design Hotels™ • Great benefits at member hotels, brand partners and other employee discounts and special offers, including Marriott Explore rates • Career development opportunities in an international company About Design Hotels™ Design Hotels GmbH (www.designhotels.com) is a full-service hospitality consultancy, offering customized services to its member hotels.
