The Channel Partner Manager EMEA is responsible for managing Channel Partners Specialists in the assigned countries within the EMEA Region and is accountable for Channel Partner performance.
Proactively seek and find new CPs in the territories not served by IDT business, sign up new CPs by issuing contractual re-seller agreements, support product and sales trainings, monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity based KPIs, set up sales targets and take full responsibility in achieving and exceeding set targets, track team and associate level KPIs to drive team to achieve targets in the region.
Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face to face meetings and applying DBS tools
Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, or Ph.Proficient in English
When not travelling, Channel Partner Manager is expected to work out of home office.
