The inspiring environment and the broad scientific network of the CRC (Bielefeld and partner universities in Frankfurt am Main and Darmstadt) offer solid training and regular workshops on topics such as lattice QCD, quantum field theory or software development and high-performance computing. The focus of the projects is on exploring the properties of dense and strongly magnetised QCD matter on the lattice. Your Tasks
1. development and implementation of grid methods and realisation of numerical simulations (approx. 45 %)
2. evaluation and interpretation of data including analytical calculations (approx. 35 %)
3. participation in the preparation of publications and the presentation of project results at conferences, participation in workshops and similiar events organised within/by the SFB (approx. 12 %)
4. teaching of tutorials/courses and supervision of Bachelor and Master students (1 LVS / approx. 8 %)
