YOUR TASKS
* Support PM Officer by improvement initiatives for the Global PM
* Tracking and reporting on the installation and commissioning of wind turbines
* Work on initiative "Executive Readiness Tool"
* Update and track the "Delay Reasons" for the weekly Management Meeting
* Create internal surveys for the Operational Readiness Call
* Support PM Backoffice Manager by project tasks (IT, Documentation, Purchase Ordering, Upvise Request, Site Map)
* Ad-Hoc tasks within PMO department (for customer projects or internal processes)
YOUR PROFILE
* Enrolled student in economics, engineering, environmental technology, renewable energies, environmental sciences, or related fields of study
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Fluent in english, german is a plus
