YOUR TASKS
* Examine and evaluate complex, cross-functional business processes with the goal of improving efficiency, profitability, quality, functionality, and eliminating waste.
* Propose new improvement projects after internal analysis.
* Execute, manage and supervise complex, cross-divisional or cross-site projects.
* Advise project participants on the implementation of developed measures and guide them with the help of problem‑solving techniques, and if necessary implement measures yourself.
* Support the further development of the cross-site Lean strategy and Lean culture.
* Analyze and further develop existing lean principles, processes and methods.
* Support cross-site coordination of implementation of best practice solutions based on Lean principles and Lean methods.
* Create, translate and optimize training concepts and related training materials. Conduct cross-site training or coaching.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Technician or degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering or a comparable qualification.
* At least five years of professional experience with cross-departmental know-how in the lean environment.
* User and methodological knowledge in lean management, preferably in lean engineering and lean development.
* Experience in the operational implementation of change projects.
* Knowledge in the creation of standard-compliant documentation is desirable.
* Experience in working with process management and quality management is desirable.
* Very good written and spoken English skills are required.
* International experience and willingness to travel are required.
* Communicative, intercultural competence, persuasiveness, organizational skills and confident appearance.
* Analytical way of thinking, problem‑solving ability and independent action.
