Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our System Integration Cabin team. As Head of System Integration Cabin, you will be responsible for the line and professional management of this team.
Your primary objective will be to plan, coordinate, and provide the necessary capacities and skills to ensure the successful integration of internal and external development service providers.
You will support the objectives of your department and execute team targets, including the initialization and implementation of improvement measures.
In addition, you will establish and further develop standards, processes, methods, and tools within your area of responsibility based on team KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering or natural sciences, a successfully completed technical degree in a STEM field, or comparable qualification.
You must have sound professional experience in the development and integration of electrical equipment as well as with oxygen systems.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as CS-25 / FAR Part 25, Do-160, DO-254, with a focus on ATA Chapters 92 and 35, is also essential.
Furthermore, you must have extensive knowledge and skills in managing, motivating, and developing employees, as well as strong project management skills and experience in budget planning and resource management.
