In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ausstellern, Partnern und Branchenexperten gestaltet das Team ein hochwertiges Event-Erlebnis u2013 von der strategischen Konzeption u00fcber Sales, Marketing und Operations bis hin zur Umsetzung vor Ort. Ziel ist es, Innovationen sichtbar zu machen, die Community zu vernetzen und den Bar Convent Berlin als zentralen Treffpunkt der Branche kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Aufgaben: Unterstu00fctzung im Administrativen Bereich u.a. in der Buchhaltung Unterstu00fctzung bei der Erstellung von Vereinbarungen mit externen Partnern Unterstu00fctzung bei der Abrechnung von Reisekosten Recherchen Wettbewerbsveranstaltungen Vor- und Nachbereitungen von Terminen, intern und extern Erstellung von Pru00e4sentation und Verkaufsunterlagen sowie Briefing Dokumenten Klassische Buchhaltung und Ablage sowie Assistenzaufgaben.
