We are seeking a mid-level Associate (m/f/d) with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our market-leading Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance practice. Step into a high-impact role where you will advise international investors, developers, and utilities on landmark renewable energy transactions and complex infrastructure projects across Europe.
Your Profile
* Experience: 3–5 years in Corporate/M&A, Project Finance, or Energy Law.
* Qualifications: Two solid German state exams (Prädikatsexamina preferred) or equivalent international qualifications.
* Languages: Native-level German and fluent business English.
* Skills: Strong drafting capabilities, commercial mindset, and a passion for the green energy transition.
Your Role
* M&A Transactions: Advise on buy-side and sell-side deals for solar, wind, hydrogen, and grid infrastructure.
* Project Development: Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
* Financing: Structure complex project finance documentation and joint ventures.
* Client Facing: Lead specific workstreams and maintain direct contact with key industry stakeholders.
