Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Amazon EU account strategy, achieving agreed growth, contribution, and market share targets.
2. Develop and execute commercial and SCM strategies, including pricing, contract terms, and Digital Retail Media investments.
3. Implement the JBP, aligning yearly action plans with local key account managers
4. Foster collaboration across EMEA, lead the amazon team and guide local Amazon Key Account Managers, enhancing knowledge-sharing.
5. Drive marketing excellence, setting the EU launch and assortment strategy in partnership with regional marketing.
6. Build relationships with Amazon stakeholders, influencing visibility and sales performance and steer regular business reviews on senior level.
7. Track category trends & competitor activity, optimizing for Best Seller Rank and profitable growth.
8. Manage a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment across supply chain, digital, marketing, and finance.
Qualifications:
9. 7-10 years of experience in FMCG/non-food eCommerce, with a proven track record in Amazon (preferably working experience at amazon)
10. Strong commercial acumen, including full P&L ownership and strategic execution.
11. High-level negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving e-commerce success.
12. Hands-on experience in digital retail media, pricing strategy, and contract management.
13. Established leadership qualities, with a commitment to talent development and organizational growth.
14. Ability to manage complexity, with strong analytical and influencing skills.
15. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated with a strategic and execution-focused approach.
