We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic projects in software development. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from defining scope and baselines to delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Define project scope, baselines, and deliverables; plan schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Methodology & Quality: Promote Agile best practices, participate in retrospectives and reviews; oversee quality assurance and compliance with software development standards.
* Risk & Change Control: Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead formal Change Control Board sessions to manage scope changes.
* Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects); define roles using RACI frameworks; support, coach, and motivate teams toward successful delivery.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent reporting, escalate issues when needed, and align expectations between business, technical, and external stakeholders.
* Project Closure & Optimization: Coordinate go-live activities, document lessons learned, and archive project materials for future reuse.
