Job Title: Data and Reporting Specialist
Our organization seeks a skilled professional to play a key part in enhancing data governance, supporting regulatory compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives to improve data quality and reporting across the organization.
This role will involve migrating data and reports to the Group Data Warehouse (GDWH), ensuring decommissioning of legacy Business Objects universes; expanding BCBS239 compliance to Financial Statements and Pillar III reports through detailed data mapping and control framework adaptation; applying Group Reporting Governance principles to critical reports developed in Business Object, Tableau and Power BI; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate implementation of BCBS239 in the institution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Reporting & Analytics Modernisation and BCBS239 Scope Extension:
* Migrating data and reports to the Group Data Warehouse (GDWH)
* Expanding BCBS239 compliance to Financial Statements and Pillar III reports
* Applying Group Reporting Governance principles to critical reports
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
2. Data Quality Control Implementation:
* Designing and implementing new or improved data quality checks in IT tools
* Compiling evidence of controls execution for critical reports and mandate reports
* Identifying and logging data quality or reporting production issues
* Monitoring and closing issues
3. Digitalisation Support:
* Participating in testing and feedback cycles for tactical tooling related to Data Quality, Data Glossary, and Data Lineage
* Mapping and validating data migration into new IT tools
* Following up on change requests, releases, and access rights reviews
* Deploying and maintaining digital solutions
Requirements:
* University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar fields
* Minimum of three (3) years' proven experience in data management, reporting, or analytics within a financial or regulatory environment
* Familiarity with BCBS239 principles and their application in reporting frameworks
* Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, reconciliation processes, and governance structures
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Hands-on experience with Business Object, Tableau, Power BI, and data warehouse environments
* Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
