Media Specialist (Temp)
As an experienced Media Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Sephoras media strategy across Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland. You will manage our digital media agencies, drive local campaign implementation, and ensure best-in-class execution across digital out-of-home, display, mobile and SEO.
You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager DENS and work closely with international stakeholders (HQ Paris) and local cross-functional teams.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
1. Plan full funnel media strategy and execution for local campaigns together with the rest of the local Media team, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
2. Own planning, asset delivery, and campaign execution for digital out-of-home activities, ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency.
3. Manage performance of display and mobile campaigns, optimizing towards KPIs.
4. Manage SEO operations with the agency, monitor rankings and organic traffic, and drive measurable improvements in visibility and conversion.
5. Act as key contact for agencies, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to timelines, and performance against agreed objectives.
6. Monitor media performance, analyze results, and create actionable reports with clear recommendations to improve ROI.
7. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all paid channels.
8. Work closely with local social media, marketing, CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated omnichannel campaign execution.
9. Partner with HQ Paris to localize global strategies, provide market feedback, and share best practices.
