This global role is ideal for a highly driven individual with a strong commercial mindset and the flexibility to travel frequently, meeting new suppliers and closing high-level deals with CXO stakeholders, passport ready!

We are seeking a bold, strategic, and entrepreneurial Global Business Expansion Leader to define and execute Omio’s next chapter of growth. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead our global inventory expansion, focusing on non-core and emerging markets to unlock new revenue streams and accelerate international sales.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set the Vision & Strategy: Design and lead a comprehensive global expansion roadmap to grow Omio’s inventory footprint in high-potential, underdeveloped regions.
* Own Commercial Growth: Build and lead a high-performing regional sales and business development team focused on ambitious sales and revenue targets.
* Be the Face of Omio: Growing new relationships, representing the company in person at senior levels across our targeted industries globally.
* Negotiate Like a Pro: Drive complex, high-value commercial partnerships and negotiations with C-level stakeholders and strategic partners worldwide.
* Collaborate to Win: Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CS to drive alignment and deliver on global business objectives.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of business and commercial/finance or consulting background
* 5+ years of experience leading a sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets
* Experience in a fast-growth startup environment - ideally within the tech industry
* Passion and experience in developing successful teams
* Success record in complex commercial negotiations with high-profile international clients
* Success record of regional and product launches
* Experience managing operations in a scalable way
* Proven ability to work and drive cross-functional deliverables
* An innovative mindset to go beyond standards and legacy of the industry today
* Fluent in English; another language a plus!
