Private Equity Real Estate – Associate
The firm is seeking an Associate to join its Private Equity Real Estate Investment Team. The role involves supporting the evaluation, execution, and management of real estate investments across sectors and geographies. Support sourcing, screening, and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities.
Review third-party reports and data room materials.
4–6 years of relevant experience in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking, principal investing, asset management, or a related advisory role.
~ Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital structures, and investment return metrics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
