As a Digital Experience Development Team Manager, you will lead a team to develop and maintain digital platforms.

* Leading the DXP Development Team
* Defining and delivering digital experience updates, including resource planning
* Maintaining code quality and reducing technical debt within DXP products
* Leading the code review process within the DXP Development Team
The ideal candidate should have:
* A Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
* At least 10 years of development experience with various web frameworks
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a development team leader or manager
* Proven experience working in an Agile Team
