Aufgaben:
We are currently looking for an experienced site manager for a project at our customer's site.
General conditions:
+ 100 % onsite Grünheide (Mark)
The tasks include:
+ Manage subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget in a daily basis and to
provide the Construction Manager with reliable information from site activities (including 3 weeks
look ahead schedule).
+ Create SOW on workforce management and manage contractors to ensure access for all workers
required.
+ Manage contractors to submit WKRQ in time and form and lead the request with approvers.
+ Supervise the project planning, site contractors, ensure works including all interior fixings and equipment are completed to a satisfactory standards for Qc and Cx and coordinate works supervision at every shift.
+ Invoice checking to provide the Construction Manager reliable information for approvals.
+ Support hand over site walks and lead punch list completion from blue tag to green tag to ensure a satisfactory delivery to the client.
+ Work on multiple projects / areas at the same time.
+ Provide solutions for any blocker that the contractors might face and keeping existing areas/systems protected.
+ Own the material deliveries to contractors, own material storage in facilities
(survey with materials storage constant update).
+ Own the full execution on site of the activities performed by internal Construction team or
subcontracted companies meaning taking the design inputs, awarded contracts and project timeline to:
o Analyse the design
o Establish the construction sequence and timeline for execution in line with the deadline of
the projects
o Coordinate the accesses, activities with relevant departments (MFG, Quality, EHS, TS)
o Follow the progress according to the schedule established
o Review conformity with the issued design and solve eventual clashes
o Organize inspections for acceptance and turnover to Commissioning or TS
o Follow final acceptance process
+ Escalate topics to Construction Manager.
Anforderungen:
MUST:
+ Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Construction, Engineering or Technical Field and/or evidence of
exceptional experience.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Azure, and other Office softwares
+ Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to get hands dirty as needed to
complete objectives or find the correct information.
+ Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight
timelines and aggressive goals.
+ Flexibility to cover nightshifts and weekend shifts.
