As an Executive, Social Media at PULSE advertising, you take ownership of content, community, and performance across platforms like Instagram, TikTok & more. You connect strategy with creativity to drive real impact.
Aufgaben
* You plan editorial calendars and align content with brand strategy and platform best practices
* You manage internal and external productions and brief creators and partners to bring ideas to life
* You write sharp, on-brand captions and adapt copy to different formats and target audiences
* You publish content on time and handle community management with a proactive and reactive approach
* You analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimisations
* You lead client status calls and support with report presentations and content or pitch decks
Qualifikation
* You bring 2+ years of social media experience and understand agency processes and client dynamics
* You know Instagram and TikTok deeply and are familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube
* You own the full content process, from ideation to publishing, and work confidently with creators and teams
* You write engaging, tailored copy and know how to hit the right tone for each platform and audience
* You understand KPIs and reporting tools and use data to continuously improve content performance
* You speak fluent German and English and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams alike
