Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and sales teams for operational inquiries and support.
* Process and analyze financial and administrative operations from clients and partners according to established procedures and controls.
* Record data and operations in our system accurately and efficiently.
* Coordinate with custodian banks and financial managers to manage account openings and set up management instructions.
* Follow up on operational processing with clients and partners to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
* Hold a university degree preferably with a financial or insurance orientation.
* Possess at least 2 years' experience in life insurance or financial services.
* Demonstrate good knowledge of life insurance products and services, AML procedures, and related processes.
* Exhibit an analytical mind, flexibility, precision, organization, and enjoy interacting with others.
* Be effective in a team and provide innovative solutions.
