Join us to shape the future of software in the underserved and high-impact HR technology industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager within Personio’s Payroll Product area. This area is responsible for correct calculation and communication of payroll data to German authorities, while ensuring user-friendly and compliant experience to support companies in a highly regulated and complex environment.
As a Product Manager for Payroll at Personio, you will shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our product’s automation, keeping Personio at the forefront of HRM and Payroll software in Europe. We believe in a low level of managerial overhead where our senior product people are hands-on in building. This is a strategic, cross-functional role where you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Sales and Payroll Operations building a world-class Payroll software in Europe.
Systematically analyze user feedback and usage data gathered qualitatively through customer interaction and from quantitative sources
Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities
You speak German (native)
You have minimum of 5 years in product management within a B2B or B2C multi-product company, specializing in the development of global customer-facing products
Background in fintech, accounting software, or other compliance-heavy product domains is a plus but not required
You have a proven track record of navigating complex product areas, utilizing data, competitive intelligence, and user insights to define effective strategies and roadmaps
You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support assumptions, formulate business cases, and establish OKRs
