* Independent design of control and protection systems for high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission systems
* Implementation of control software in MATLAB/SIMULINK and verification using simulation tools and real-time test environments
* Preparation of related design specifications, documentation, and effort estimations
* Clarification of technical requirements within project teams as well as with customers and suppliers
* Remote support during commissioning and in service cases
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power engineering or control engineering, along with relevant professional experience
* Strong knowledge of converter and high-voltage technology, as well as plant, control, and automation engineering
* Solid MATLAB/SIMULINK skills, including model-based implementation and verification
* Experience in engineering automation systems, preferably SIMATIC TDC / S7
* Very good command of English
* German language skills desirable
