Tasks 任务 • Accept audit assignment in GLASS (IATF) system, and report the audit result in GLASS system. 在GLASS（IATF）系统中接受审核任务，并在GLASS系统中报告审核结果。
• Planning, preparing, performing & documenting management system audits (Audit process and audit files meet IATF rules and DCG requirements.) 规划、准备、执行及记录管理体系审核（审核流程与审核文件符合IATF规则及DCG要求）。
• Co-ordinating audit dates and schedule with customer与客户协调审核日期及日程安排。
• Documents review including preparation of report (for certification and recertification audits) 文件审核（包括编制报告，适用于认证及再认证审核）。
• Managing audit at audit location 在审核地点管理审核工作
• Preparing records of strong points, weak points (minor non-conformities/major nonconformities), recommendations and defining the required objective evidence 编制审核记录，涵盖优势点、薄弱点（轻微不符合项/重大不符合项）、建议事项，并界定所需客观证据
• Clarifying certificate model (certificate contents, structure) 明确证书模板（证书内容、结构）
• Preparation of reports编制审核报告
• Research and development of audit skill, audit methods. 研发审核技能与审核方法
• Accept IATF (VDA QMC) witness audit, and pass witness audit with a good results. 接受IATF（VDA QMC）见证审核，并以优异成绩通过审核
• Act as trainer of IATF16949 related training course. 担任IATF16949相关培训课程讲师
• Conduct staff training开展员工培训

工作经验 • More than 6years‘ professional experience in technology or engineering of automotive industry (including supply chain) 具备6年以上汽车行业（含供应链）技术或工程领域专业经验

学历水平 At least Bachelor’s degree in science, technology or engineering, Master’s degree is better 至少拥有科学、技术或工程学士学位，硕士学位更佳
Knowledge & skills
专业知识与技能 • Has the experience in QM, or R&D /production /testing /inspection /certification. 具备质量管理（QM）或研发/生产/测试/检验/认证相关经验
• Evidence of training as an IATF16949 auditor (with valid IATF16949 auditor certificate) 持有IATF16949审核员培训证明 （持有有效IATF16949审核员证书）
• Auditing experience as IATF16949 lead auditor, 具备IATF16949主任审核员资质
• Thorough, efficient, decisive and independent working style. Ethical, open-minded, diplomatic, observant and perceptive; 工作作风严谨高效、果断独立，具备职业道德、开放思维、外交手腕、敏锐观察力与洞察力
• Fluent oral communication & written skill in English; 英语口语及书面表达流利
• Willing to travel frequently; 能接受频繁出差
