Get to know the Global IT department of an internationally operating company and gain insight into the daily business from the perspective of an IT employee. Duties & Responsibilities
* Supporting the Global IT with strategic and conceptual issues
* Supporting the testing of new software features and documentation of test plans
* Supporting the mapping of the international IT landscape (applications, information, infrastructure)
* Creation and revision of workflow diagrams, process descriptions and user guides as well as data preparation and data maintenance and validation in the system
* Preparation of workshops, creation of presentations, texts and responsibility of small projects
* In addition, you will also be involved in day-to-day operations in various areas of Global IT and will therefore be in coordination with internal and external global project participants
Profile
* You are a student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) of a scientific, technical or economic course of study
* Previous experience in the IT field is advantageous, for example through a specialization in your studies or through internships/working student activities
* You are well acquainted with modern IT technologies and have already gained initial experience with agile methods
* Ideally, you are proficient in the common MS Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Teams or Excel
* Personally, you are characterized by your communication skills, reliability and careful way of working. In addition, you like to work independently and can quickly familiarize yourself with new IT applications
* You have a good command of English and very good written and spoken German
