3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with real revenue numbers to show for it - quotas hit, deals closed, growth driven
~2+ years building or leading a sales team
~ You've thrived in startup or scale-up environments and you get genuinely excited about bringing structure to chaos
~ Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the metrics that actually matter
~ Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
~ Fluent in German and English; Remote-first mindset with strong async communication
Developing and executing our B2B SaaS sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets (your strategy, built your way)
Driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
Building and mentoring the sales team
Owning the data (pipeline, forecasts, sales metrics) so revenue growth is predictable
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
