Customer support specialist (english & french speaker)

Our client, a global solutions provider in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a
French and English speaking Customer Service Representative
to support their team in Capellen. This a temporary to permanent role.
We are specialised in the employment of middle and top management and highly qualified professionals in contracting temporary and permanent placement. Manage order processing activities and customer orders within the SAP ECC6 system.
Provide customer service support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
Communicate all order changes (delays, etc.) Attend regular customer service departmental meetings.
Provide support to the sales team (meeting/customer visit preparation, critical items, open orders, etc.).
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, with moderate analytical abilities
