Your tasks
For our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching, we are seeking a qualified Industrial Management MRO Specialist (m/f/d) on a temporary basis. In this responsible position, you will coordinate industrial projects and ensure the timely and high-quality preparation of MRO events. If you have many years of experience in project management and value an international working environment, we look forward to receiving your application.
9. MRO Bidding Coordination: Ensuring the contribution of the Operations Organisation to tendering processes during all program phases in coordination with the Bidding Office.
10. Strategy Implementation & CAPEX: Coordination of project execution and CAPEX measures for the implementation of the agreed MRO industry strategy.
11. Management of industrial projects: Responsible for operational readiness (hangar/slot/event), including detailed layout planning, logistics flows, IT infrastructure, and resource and tool management.
12. Risk and opportunity management: Active management of risks and opportunities at site level as well as support for other MRO centers of Airbus Defence and Space.
13. Event preparation: Ensuring efficient configuration management to create a mature scope of work and implementing correct delta processes.
Your profile
14. Completed studies (Master's or Diploma) in the field of engineering or industrial engineering .
15. Several years of professional experience (over 5 years) in project management and finance .
16. An industrial background is expressly desired.
17. Essential: Fluent English skills; knowledge of German and Spanish is an advantage.
18. Detailed specialist knowledge in MS Office .
19. Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
20. A structured way of working and the ability to manage complex industrial processes in a multidisciplinary team.
