As a Sales & Customer Success Associate, you will be based in August Robotics’ Düsseldorf office and play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term customer success across the European market. Sales & Business Development
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and deliver compelling product demonstrations
Manage and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline, from first contact to deal closure
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
Take increasing ownership of the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing
Customer Onboarding & Success
Lead customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to deployment
Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, building strong long-term relationships
Sales Enablement & CRM Management
Track key metrics across sales and customer success to support forecasting and performance improvement
Support the continuous improvement of sales materials, playbooks, and processes
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer success, or account management
~ Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
~ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with CRM tools and sales data
~ Willingness to occasionally travel for customer meetings, demos, and onboarding
Native-level German and fluent English
Familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience in full-cycle sales or customer lifecycle management
