The Role
Senior Supply Planner APAC drives regional supply planning excellence to ultimately optimise the inventory and service levels. A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, Senior Supply Planner APAC will liaise with global supply planning to build out the extension arm of supply planning team in region. It is an impactful and essential role to develop the appreciation of local markets and deliver results from a close understanding of regional prioritise and strategies.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated supply planning expertise, who is not just experienced in getting results but also in embedding supply planning best practices across functions. This individual will be a hands-on contributor, a process owner who has excellent attention to details, great analytical skills to coordinate and organize daily supply planning activities and a dynamic planner who can work effectively in an exceptionally fast-growing business.
Role Accountabilities
* Support regional supply planning activities, ensuring timely updates to supply plans based on confirmed demand, supply chain frozen period, regional MOC targets from SKU segmentation, stock status and supply constraints.
* Prepare weekly and monthly supply planning reports, highlighting risks on availability, fill rate projections, excess stock, slow movers and potential write-off exposure for line manager review.
* Monitor changes in demand forecasts and supply status, escalate major variances, supply risks and service issues to line manager & relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with global supply planning, regional demand planning, logistics and local market teams to track open orders, supply delays & gaps and short-term supply recovery actions.
* Flag supply gaps to forecast and coordinate mitigation follow-up with global & regional teams.
* Maintain planning parameters and planning data accuracy in relevant systems and files, including supply status tracking, SKU code changes like reformulation, NPD and discontinuation.
* Support supply allocation and stock rebalancing activities based on defined priorities and guidance from management, with focus on minimizing OOS risks and excess inventory.
* Conduct routine analysis on sell-in, stock holding and service level performance to prepare insights for monthly business reviews and supply plan discussions.
* Track new launch, phase-in, phase-out and reformulation items to ensure correct operational set-up and timely communication of supply risks.
* Follow up on action plans for delayed products, constrained supply and ensure updates are reflected in reports on time.
* Support process discipline by documenting working files, maintaining planning trackers, and suggesting operational improvements to reporting and coordination processes.

* Reporting into the Senior Demand and Supply Planning Manager APAC
Key Selection Criteria
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / logistics, or other related field preferred.
* At least 3+ years of Supply Chain Planning related experience with APAC regional insight is essential. Experience of working in other areas of Supply Chain is also desirable.
* Strong analytical, coordination, communication and organization skills required.
* Excellent in both written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, detail-orientated, numerate, analytical and good problem-solver.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situation and changes in direction.
* Strong Excel & reporting skills are required, experience with IBP, SAP and similar planning systems & dashboard tools is an advantage.
* Team-oriented, dependable and able to work effectively across functions to support supply planning execution and issue resolution
* Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
