Business Development Representative (German-English) | Hybrid | Kraków, Poland
Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Kraków. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts
Lead customer conversations, handle objections, and confidently close deals
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business and technical needs
Stay informed about trends in technology and cloud solutions
Requirements:
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2+)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
Proven skills in prospecting, account development, and closing deals
Interest in or basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies
Valid Residence Card or EU Passport
What We Offer:
Gross Salary: 11,000 PLN
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonuses starting from 5,000 PLN gross
