Head of Sales (m/f/d) Berlin | B2B SaaS | Leadership Role
An established and growing B2B SaaS company based in Berlin is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the next phase of commercial growth.
With strong product‑market fit, a proven customer base, and consistent revenue growth, the business is now focused on scaling its sales organization and building a high‑performing team to drive further expansion across DACH and international markets.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the sales function and play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, developing, and scaling a team of Account Executives and SDRs
* Driving predictable pipeline generation and revenue performance
* Coaching and mentoring sales managers and individual contributors
* Optimising sales processes, forecasting, and reporting structures
* Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
* Defining and executing territory and expansion strategies
* Establishing clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a structured SaaS environment and knows how to build repeatable success.
Your Profile
* 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including leadership responsibility
* Proven track record of managing AEs and SDR teams in a quota‑driven environment
* Experience scaling sales teams in a growth‑stage or mid‑sized SaaS company
* Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
* Data‑driven and commercially sharp
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
* Based in Berlin or open to relocation
