Key roles & responsibilities
* Leading and managing Cloud device business in Europe with subsidiary Key Account Managers.
* Business develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
* Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives on the progress of those goals.
* Pipeline/Project management and close communication with Key Account Managers in European subsidiaries.
* Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals with internal stakeholders.
* Establish KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management plan and execution.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
* BSc./ MSc. Business Management, Computer Engineering or related field
* Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role in the same industry
* Excellent understanding of Cloud device, End User computing, VDI industry and specific trends and landscape
* Excellent network in industry and connections with key decision makers
* Strong project management skills
* Solid experience in leading sales teams
* Highly focused on business targets
* Excellent team worker, self-driven and self-motivated
* Excellent communication in English; other European languages will be valued
