* Define and own the global enterprise architecture strategy, aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
* Lead the architecture governance process, ensuring consistency, reuse, compliance, and innovation across all technology domains
* Develop and maintain a target-state architecture and a progressive roadmap for core platforms (Cloud, ERP, CRM, PLM, POS, E-commerce, etc.)
* Act as a strategic advisor to C-Levels on IT investments
* Collaborate with IT and business teams across brands, regions, and functions to design scalable, secure, and modern architecture patterns
* Ensure architecture alignment across in-house development, vendor solutions, and third-party integrations
* Build and mentor a high-performing enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including several years in a global leadership role
* Proven track record in complex, multi-brand, multi-country environments, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, retail
* Deep expertise in enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Adobe, etc.), integration frameworks
* Experience designing for global scale while enabling local agility and brand differentiation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at C-level
* Fluent in English (other European languages a plus)
* Willingness to travel regularly across European hubs and Global hubs
