Job Description
We are on the look out for an Engineering Manager - Demand domain, in AdTech, to join our team to help us create state-of-the-art Retention and Reporting solutions to improve the efficiency of our partners, and helping them track their strategies. You will lead one of the Retention squad, an experienced team with a mix of backend and front-end engineering skills that has been developing solutions for the Demand domain. Together, we will optimize the customer experience across more than 10 million orders per day, delivering solutions at scale. Projects include but are not limited to designing how our partners are performing in relationship with their AdTech campaigns, helping to understand the impact, and allowing them to refine and take better actions to have a more efficient spend.

Qualifications
* Passion for Problem-Solving – Interested in tackling large-scale real-world challenges in AdTech platforms; prior experience is a plus.
* Leadership & Team Growth – Proven experience in leading and developing engineering teams while fostering best engineering practices.
* Technical Expertise – Strong background in Golang, Typescript, software engineering, and delivering production-grade solutions.
* Architectural Knowledge – Deep understanding of system architecture, trade-offs (Sync vs. Async, Idempotency, Performance), and scalability.
* Proficiency in Tools & Technologies – Experienced with Git, Docker, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies (TDD, CI/CD).
* Collaboration & Communication – A strong communicator, critical thinker, and team player who thrives in diverse environments and is fluent in English.
