We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to become the first team member based in Germany. This person will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and strengthening its footprint across the region.
In this role, you will be the key expert for the company’s advanced products, supporting customers, providing product demonstrations, and escalating technical issues to the R&D team when necessary. Provide technical guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving hardware/software issues.
2-3 years in Field Engineering roles/ Customer Facing roles.
~ Fluent in English and German.
Experience in customer-facing roles in the Medical or Tech industry.
