* Lead operationally and functionally a portfolio of all Projects dedicated to a Product technology portfolio which can involve many entities of the Product Line
* you manage Programs concerning the entity
* you are responsible for the achievement of the Program/Project KPIs in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation
* you support profitable business growth with new Project RfIs/RfQs activity
* you ensure that all project objectives are reached (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing)
* you are reporting to the Product Group, all Project criticises (Red projects) and set up recovery plan
* you organise and animate P1/P0 Project Management Committees
* you control Business acquisition activities along with sales and guarantee the costing and provide all GMs and EM's Bridges to guaranty a Profitable order intake
* you contribute to challenge all components Road Maps cost and realisation on timely manner
* you are analysing and guarantee well balanced to be in line with current needs
* you are the Manager hierarchically Program/System Managers and P1 Project Managers
* you propose project organisation to Product Line at New Project Approval stage for global platforms ( multi regions )
* you ensure recruitment, appraisal and coaching of Project Managers network
* you guarantee respect of Valeo code of ethics
* you force respect of health, safety and environment charts and requirements
* you ensure all developments follow-up CLEAN rules, PM Handbook and specific requirements (customer,) for the Project
* you verify that standards coming from P2s are usable for P1, control non standards product/process deviation application
* you take responsibilty towards the respect and implementation of Valeo standards and Projects methodology/tools supplied by the Product Line
You inspire us with:
* Engineering degree and knowledge about Product Line (product/process knowledge on all standards)
* System development knowledge (V cycle)
* Management skills with functional and/or hierarchical organization
* Financial skills about Product cost structure, pay back, cash management
* Knowledge of Automotive development (5-7 years)
* Get successful development experience as P1 Project Manager (5 years) and P1 Senior Project Manager, P1 Program Manager or Site Projects Manager (2-3 years) or as Project Launch Director (1-2 years)
