A mid-size German consultancy is expanding its Strategic IT Management offering and is looking for an experienced leader to build and scale this area. The role offers full responsibility for shaping the service line, developing the portfolio and expanding the footprint across industrial clients. Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the development and growth of the Strategic IT Management practice, including the design and positioning of the service offering Lead client engagements at C-level and act as a trusted advisor on IT strategy, target operating models, governance, organisational design, sourcing and transformation Win new industrial clients and grow long-term relationships through an established personal network Build and lead a high-performing team and support the development of experienced consultants Take ownership of revenue goals and manage the P&L for the practice Represent the consultancy in discussions on NIS2, digital operating models and the future role of IT in industrial environments Oversee the successful delivery of large, complex transformation programmes in cooperation with project teams Profile Extensive experience in management consulting at senior level, ideally as Director, Principal or Partner in CIO Advisory or Strategic IT Management Strong track record in leading strategic IT transformations in industrial, production or regulated environments (for example pharma, MedTech, utilities or manufacturing) Broad experience across the IT value chain, including governance, organisation, sourcing and operating model design, supported by frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, SAFe and Scrum Demonstrated ability to generate significant consulting revenue through personal relationships (approx. €2m+ annually) Ability to build teams and attract experienced consultantsFluent German and very good English skills Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and confidence at executive level #J-18808-Ljbffr
