* Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies, as well as business plans, to drive international student business
* Lead the international direct sales team and the international agency sales business
* Ensure optimized sales processes and compliant sales execution
* Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities in terms of product portfolio, new business opportunities, and regional expansion plans
* Build and manage effective distribution networks and strategic partnerships

* Lead sales and marketing initiatives, together with the marketing department, to increase revenue and profitability
* Support team development through training and performance management

* Proven expertise in applying strategic selling principles and methodologies to achieve business development targets
